Great video, glad to see someone reevaluating all the old accepted notions and re-creating the narrative around this "controversial" phenomena. If only people knew that this is a difficult multi-year quite painful ,challenging yet most life affirming, rebirthing process that gets one owning oneself fully and actually achieving freedom and power. What a time, so many great guys like you already went through the journey and sharing the insights. Greatest knowing / learning for me as damn how deep i hid these emotions, how deep the grief and anger is. How protective my ego is that it hid all these dense blockages in the layers of fascia, stuck there, curled into knots and how they create a personality altogether with these knots almost like a puppet master the ego, and the surging energy and the awareness letting you see your own story run by this protective puppet master
