I have 9 - 10/ 10 Adhd. I meditated about 45 min - 1.5 hours 2 or 3 times a week at one point trying to astral project about 3 months. Got discouraged and quit.. Oh well. So fucusing on the feeling of energy huh. I might try this. I like crystals you think I should ditch them?

Thank you for these videos. You guidance has been great. I was staying in a house that had a feminine energy or ghost in it and I swear I possessed me and gave me a full blown kundalini rising, or something. I energized every chakra and I could actually perceive them and perceived the biomagnetic fields of my Self and my Heart, I saw both of them. I perceived the horizontal light flashes that move from feet to head. I perceived my white light, and later into the process I perceived the gold light. I perceived and felt the "unwinding" feeling in my lower back and she sat in my lower spine until I begged her, the kundalini, to show me her love and she shot up like a cannon out of my crown. This experience showed me that we all live like we are only half awake. But in reality, our normal state of mind is only about 1/2 of full awakeness. When they say awakened, the MEAN fully awake from sleep. When you are asleep, you are aware of almost nothing around your physical body. When you wake up from sleep initially, you are only really aware of you immediate surroundings, and it takes a little while to fully wake up. When you reach the fully awakened state, you you become aware of and can perceive everything. I have been dying to find out why I was called to buy the planet Saturn, specifically its rings, and I took an astral trip into space to look at it. What was the significance of Saturn during this awakening?
