On the Sirona Z, the head section needs to be above the red line on the seat. You can check out the rotation here: ua-cam.com/video/zhi9u4HEyH0/v-deo.html around the 3 minutes mark.
Hi. What base did you fit it on? I've just got this car seat and it doesn't seem to fit my base z properly also limiting the rotation option as covering the buttons to rotate. Feel like it's false advertising by cybex as they say it's compatible with the base z.
Hi We use the Base T as this is what is recommended for this seat. Although the Sirona T will fit the base Z Cybex do state that it will reduce the recline options and its not as easy to use.
I thought the same as you but it does rotate! You have to make sure it’s fully upright and then rotate it using the recline button rather than the buttons at the side. It’s silly they don’t tell you this x
@@GeorgiaD-ls5mrthanks for your comment this is a very useful! I am looking to buy the Sirona T using the original Z base as the Sirona Z is silly money and having to purchase another base is such a waste. Can you advise a little on the limited recline functionality mentioned on cybex website?
It did help a lot❤
Probably a silly question but I will ask anyway: do you need to secure the car seat with the passenger seatbelt or not?
No silly questions here!
When installing with the Sirona T on the isofix base, no seatbelt is necessary :)
This is the Mirage grey in the plus fabric
How do you get the baze z to rotate forward facing. I can't work it out at all.

@@BabyLadyUK1991 what about the sirona T?
@@KarenThompson-f6c You should be able to roatet the Sirona T using the recline handle.

@@BabyLadyUK1991 it mentions the recline options but not the rotation, so I'm a bit disappointed they don't make it clear on their website.
