My momma LOVED Conway Twitty.
Congratulations for all the improvements you've made. Your videos are awesome and you have a lovely voice. Can't wait to watch more!!!!
Thank you so much!
Nice video. We were there back in December and stopped and payed our respects to Conway. Conway was a great singer and we still love playing his music today. I remember the day Conway passed away. Such a sad day for country music. I am still surprised that Conway Twitty is not on the tombstone. The day we were there a couple guys were working and they stopped and talked to us and told us about vandalism to the tombstone of Conway's wife. A lot of people don't care much for her. Thanks for the video. Have a blessed day!
Thanks for watching.
Thank you for sharing!
My pleasure!
We said my On The Wings of a Dove at my Momma’s Gravesite when we buried her in 2001
A beautiful song for sure. Thanks for watching.
Awesome
Seen him many times in ohio. Amazing.
That had to be a treat for you seeing him.
Yes it was great person in person and preformer
Check in Tallulah Louisiana.
I just read that Conway Twitty graduated high school there and that was something I didn’t know. If traveling near there will have to make a point to stop. Thanks for the info.
I think Conway's brother was his younger brother if we go by the dates on the tomb markers.
You are correct. I should have said younger brother. Thanks for the correction.
@@tennesseegirl1448 I've been a big Conway Twitty fan since the mid '70s and I really appreciate you taking the time to pay tribute to one of the greats. He was spectacular.
Jenkins is a nicer name than Twiddy.
Why do you forget that Conway twitty started at Sun records??? R.I.P.😢
There is just so much information on Conway that it is hard to get everything in one video. He did record at Sun Records and I believe he used his given name “Harold Jenkins on the records he did for Sun Records. Thanks for the reminder.
