About This Game:
Welcome to the Stone Age, a time of extreme danger and limitless adventure, when giant mammoths and sabretooth tigers ruled the Earth and humanity is at the bottom of the food chain. This game looks great & fun! Nice.
I thought so too man!! And it's so freaking brutal haha.. I love it so far! You really feel like everything is out to get you O_o.. It's pretty tense.
jeez i didn't need to see that rib cage at the opening ewww that i won't get over it, but this game is very interesting, i think they collect ears to ward of enemies to tell them not mess around with that person i think. and an awesome vid my friend
I have no idea xD There was a hint or tip for it during that one loading screen but I missed it haha.. Oh well. Sorry about that man! This game is very graphic! I hope that doesn't ruin it for you but I can understand if it's a bit much for people. Glad you still enjoyed this video my friend!

I did genuinely get a little emotional when he said to the mammoth "walk free" haha but yea it was mad! I love how open the world is and literally anything can appear to kick your ass :') will definitely be keeping up with your playthrough as I progress myself too :)
Josh Aurora Sounds awesome man!!! And yea!! I didn't show it in this video, but I got stalked by a freaking jaguar!!! Like, everything is trying you kill you!!! It makes you feel so vunerable! Not like FC4 where you can murder everything at a distance with whatever gun you're using

I haven't either! Well.. Not fully. I've is played a little of Far Cry 4. But the FPS, open world, style gameplay didn't appeal to me that much. This game does as it removes those overpowered guns and gives you sticks! It's a much harsher environment and it's so much fun! Haha.. Definitely give it a go if you're interested =)

First thing that comes off as negative to me: I have to read subtitles to understand EVERY dialogue. I get that cave-men didn't speak english but...you know...ugh...
Gathering looks cool so far :) but you sure should learn to read the mission objectives better ;)

That's actually something I've noticed as well. They probably chose this style for authenticity, but I don't think the game would suffer if they spoke english. It's a weird design choice. I will probably have to either read all of the dialogue or comment in a way that the viewer will know what was said. And yes.. I should pay more attention.. >.>..
+The Serious Squirrel I do agree with Squirrel. You do say what they're saying so that does help a lot, but you could do it more. Your comedy is good. You make quips. You keep talking. You certainly add more to the game then just showing you play.
I note you fastforward to get to the good bits which is good (keeps us entertained and not bored and waiting).
You do have facial reactions (such as 11:48 when you wince), but you could potentially look directly at the camera so you address the audience directly. You do it a bit soon after and even later on with the "ears" but its sort of a side-wise glance. Give us full-frontal face action :D
Yet even then, its a good video! Its definitely your own style. So sadly yeah... can't helo you much to figure out what you could do to make your quality better tbh!
Zenvious Plays Thanks so much for looking over this video. I'm glad to hear that I'm on the right track at least. I will try to look more at the camera while recording. I have a habit of not doing so. Perhaps that would help viewers to feel more involved? That's something I would like to focus on.

Yeah the face-on thing was intended for the point of making the watchers feel more involved. Should have mentioned it but well done on picking it up :) Dun be afraid to look away from the screen. If you screw up, people will love it. :D

Yeah I agree. I feel bad when I kill animals too but hey its what they had to do back in that era. Great video can't wait to see more!

This game really does look very good! Oh no not the woolly mammoth! I bet he was the baby one.. You should feel bad! The sabre tooth was really quite brutal that close to the start of the game!

The scene with the tiger was so well done, it sets the tone for the rest of the game, and believe me, it is no cakewalk.

Sayla is about to die from a serious bacterial infection man.. You may not want to get too attached O_o hahaha.. But yea man!! This game is amazing so far! This video went a bit longer than I liked, but the unedited version was 50 minutes. So I think I cut it down pretty good. I dunno if I should completely cut out story related moments or do like I did here and shorten them. Something I'll have to play around with. Next part shouldn't be this long. Looking forward to seeing how you tackled this one buddy!! =)

Milimate I'm still thinking about it.. I wasn't trying to do a straight LP format, but I also wanna show the story? I guess if I'm not making an LP, the story side of things isn't necessary huh? We'll see how it goes. The only thing I can say for certain is that I'm not trying to make 20 minute videos. I wanna stick to the 10-15 mark. Should be easy to manage in this next one.
