Steve Von Till (Neurosis) | "Indifferent Eyes" Live Studio Performance
Вставка
- Опубліковано 27 лют 2022
- In 2021, Neurosis guitarist-vocalist Steve Von Till performed his 2020 solo album, ‘No Wilderness Deep Enough,’ in full along with several older acoustic cuts and spoken-word poetry for a special Roadburn Redux-exclusive performance dubbed “A Remote Wilderness.” In anticipation of Von Till’s upcoming summer 2022 tour, Revolver is proud to be premiering the entire concert film on our channel for the whole world to see, which we’re previewing today with the hauntingly serene track, “Indifferent Eyes.” Watch above.
“A Remote Wilderness” was captured on stunning multi-cam video by filmmaker Bobby Cochran at the legendary Robert Lang Studios in Seattle, where Von Till was joined by a talented cast of musicians including cellist Lori Goldston, who famously performed with Nirvana from 1993 to 1994.

jesus christ, love this guy. he breaks me down, in a very positive way
I know.
Such a great guy all the Neurosis dudes are ! Love them
It’s ironic that something so vast and bleak sounding, can be so uplifting and comforting. I’m always impressed by what Steve manages to wring from his soul.
Love the solo material, but can’t wait for new Neurosis
Maybe in another world
Steve is such a awesome musician...Neruosis is my all time favorite band
I'm glad youtube sent me here
This is Kratos after kicking so many gods ass..can't wait for a new Neurosis record!.
Everyone/everything about this is so great, everyone plays their part perfectly... with that said, Steve Von Till and Lori Goldston together are pure magic - nothing could be better.
Saw Neurosis live twice, love everything he and Scott do
Damn dude. This is awesome. This guy has soo many cool songs. Gravity, warning of a storm, breathe. Another one added to the list
Steve Von Till and the Branch Covidian Orchestra
This is really good.
It's 7:56 pm and sun didn't come back up. Thanks Steve for the video.

As screenshots cannot be shared in the context of comments here, I will simply describe in words. As this performance draws near to a close, an in-picture notice (i.e. ad) appears for a show featuring a brightly smiley young man named Winston McCall, who is apparently there to give us news about Rammstein, among other things. This is precisely how UA-cam stifles a culture of respect or reverence or even care and instead nurtures indifference and dissatisfaction, not towards the performance itself but in the greater attitude brought to its viewing. When we of an older generation bought records, we listened. Even when we downloaded mp3s, we listened. And having listened, if it was worthy, we took it to heart and raised it in our minds for reflection. What we did not do was casually move on to the next bit of stimulation. Doing so is a sign of decline. Sincere and wise expression is not mere "content". Let us relate to it with honor, not the indifference of confused overstimulation.
Love Steveeeeee!!🤟🤟❤️
Awesome
Would love to see SVT collab with Ulver sometime
This would be great in the soundtrack of a sad movie
Would love to see a LOW tour with SVT opening with this stuff.
..Hey, didn’t I just see you in Vikings Valhalla?🏹⚔
Floating In space running out of oxygen music.
As opposed to a suburban wilderness then?
First and last
Why's that lady wearing a mask? Zit?
Let us listen to this song take in the pain and think about Ukraine.
These lyrics are juvenile.
