  • Here's a simple recipe for Veg Maggi Noodles:
    Ingredients:
    - 2 packet Maggi Noodles
    - 2 glass water
    - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    - 1 tbs.green chilli , ginger
    - 1capsicum & carrot
    - 1 teaspoon soy sauce (optional)
    - 2 tbs.ketchup, 1ts.chilli sauce
    - Salt and pepper to taste
    Instructions:
    1. Cook the Maggi Noodles according to the packet instructions. Drain and set aside.
    2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the green chilli and garlic until softened.
    3. Add the mixed vegetables and cook until they're tender-crisp.
    4. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce (if using), salt, and pepper. Stir-fry everything together.
    5. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds (if desired).
