  • Mutton Karahi recipe:
    Ingredients:
    - 1 kg mutton pieces (with bone)
    - 2 medium onions, chopped
    - 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    - 2-3 green chilies, chopped
    - 2 cloves garlic, minced
    - 1 tablespoon ginger paste
    - 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    - 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
    - 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
    - 1 teaspoon red chili powder
    - 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
    - Salt, to taste
    - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    - Fresh cilantro, for garnish
    Instructions:
    1. Heat oil in a karahi or wok over medium heat.
    2. Add cumin seeds and coriander seeds, let them sizzle.
    3. Add onions, green chilies, and garlic, sauté until onions are golden brown.
    4. Add mutton pieces, sauté until they are browned.
    5. Add ginger paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala powder. Mix well.
    6. Add tomatoes, salt, and 1 cup water. Mix well.
    7. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 30-40 minutes or until mutton is cooked through.
    8. Garnish with cilantro and serve with naan, rice, or roti.
    Note: You can adjust the spice level to your liking. Additionally, you can add potatoes, bell peppers, or other vegetables to the karahi if you like.
