Hey Joe. Happy Sunday. Ooooo. A 1-story 2700 sq ft? Nice. Like the stone on the elevation. Love the view on entry. Love when you cannot see into bedrooms on entry. Jack n Jill in the front of the home is different. Like the extended 2 sinks. The 2nd bath beautifully done. Don’t care for dark counters/sink tops but this works nicely with the shower and listello. Amazing open concept. Love the island with extended true dining. Gas community 🙌🏼. I always mix up herring bone and chevron patterns but like both. Cozy drop zone and laundry 🧺 room placement. Cook/do laundry/watch tv/eat all in the same area. Large breakfast nook. Covered paved lanai. The pergola is nice but you know I love a pool. Love the mini area off the kitchen. Think my bar would go there and a curio cabinet for bar ware. Great sized primary and extended double sink. Don’t care for the wallpaper. Love the shower/ linen closet/general closet.
