The layout is nice and it feels spacious. This house had a bit of everything, plus a THREE car garage. The one thing I would change is the window in the shower. I would make it a slide open to let the steam out and fresh air in.
That's what exhaust fans are for and they are more efficient. In Texas you don't want that hot, humid summer air coming in as the humid shower air goes out an open window if there's any exchange at all. Makes no sense and increases air conditioning costs.

The traffic flow of the family is all channeled through the kitchen at one choke point; very bad design, from bedrooms to cars daily, in and out, through the kitchen. I assume the front entry area is for guests, a guest bed room and bathroom and home office or second guest bedroom, maybe to rent out to Airbnb folks or an office to receive clients for a home-based business. In Texas, maybe a room for home schooling. One question: why are there three different places to sit and eat food plus one more on the porch which is not screened; in Texas you need screening to enjoy the outdoors.
Wow, that design between the kitchen laundry and garage is just awful. Its like the designer wanted to hide the garage from the kitchen but in the process made it so that when you have a huge basket of laundry, you must contend with the most congested space in the house with a 3 foot walk way and a fridge and garage access and people taking off their shoes, no place to hang a coat... just ill contrived.
I have enjoyed seeing these big beautiful hms. I'm much more into the smaller ave person type hm kinda like this one. I'm just a simple person who doesnt have kids at hm anymore and medically retired so dont want so much to clean lol. Hope your nothing but blessed in this family adventure! ❤

The entry of the house felt unwelcoming. I hated the bathroom off the entry. Annoying to walk in and see a bathroom.
I agree. Don't want to see a toilet when I walk in the front door.

There’s only one thing that big ole yard is missing. A swimming pool. Other than that, the house if perfect.

Great video..some advice..slow down a bit when filming. Your moving to fast through the house. You can edit afterwords if necessary.
This is my favorite home, by far. I would make a few changes, but I can totally see myself living there.
