I like your style and I like that I can stream your workouts on a gym TV without people assuming I'm a perv like they would with a number of other yoga practitioners who tend to be eager about not leaving anything about their physiques to the imagination. Seems to be a common thing in the sub-culture.
Yoga is a great compliment to strength training! And mobility becomes incredibly important when building muscle (that tends to tighten the body). I'm so happy to practice with you!
Kate thank you so much for sharing. I loved everything about this class. My legs are a bit sore from a weights workout yesterday so this was just what my body needed. Also I’m now able to stay in toes pose for longer than a few seconds!

Hello, stretching exercises are really great for the body☀. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!

In Yoga Teacher Training we talked a LOT about the side body and it's an underrated area to stretch and causes a lot of tightness throughout the entire body. So I try to get into this and a juicy triangle as much as possible. I hope you had a great day Ace!
