      @@SheReaDelSol I’ve never seen it idk! My hair is 3c and I realized this year that my thick high density hair prefers type 4 TLC hair routines so maybe it’s just not something I saw from the people I used to follow 🤷🏾‍♀️

    I'm loving the videos that are a bit longer. I watch them while I'm working out. It helps the time go by without me focusing on the timer on the elliptical. Honestly, it's so satisfying knowing I'm getting info to get my hair right while simultaneously getting my body right...Thank you ma'am!

    I use this brand! Love their stuff, I have mid back length hair and I use each mask 3 times per package ....portioning them out by using conditioner/ water. Amazing stuff, thanks for sharing

    Lord Hammercy! I was scared when I was putting it on. My hair felt really rough but when I rinsed it out my hair was sooooo soft. I could feel the strength too. I ran some rinse-out condish thru it and it was even better. I didn’t lose any hair rinsing it out. That never happens for me. Thank you soooo much. You are a gem and a beauty!

      @@danafisher8613 Are the co washes kind of like clay washes? That what it looks like - more scalp cleansing than a regular co wash?

      @@eme8237 they aren’t’ clay based, they have conditioning herbs as well as a mild surfactant which makes it a true cowash it’s not meant to strip your hair like a clay does or clarifying cleanser . They work great and there are several to choose from. So you should definitely be able to find one or several you like ... I have a go to and two others that I like that I use to switch it up.

    Proof that you don't need to follow someone with the same hair texture to benefit from the advice given. I'm a 3B medium density with different porosities, but i'm in the same boat! I love cowashing and i don't like shampooing. My hair LOOOOOVES protein and rice water is the it.com.eu. I also have a very sensitive crown that is prone to breakage and that im trying to nurse to health. Love love the videos and the quality and overall glow of the channel!!

    love the content as usuaaaaalll🙂 your hair is on FLEEK👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 I would like to say I hear you talk about hair steaming a alot --- now being that you you live in the Caribbean (right) it's always hot but for some of us girls that live in different climates we do experience cold weather so my question is Do you still suggest using a hair steamer in the cold winter months as there is no moisture in the air

      Yes steaming is needed all year round. The steamer creates the wet heat that allows products to better penetrate

      It can go either way. I can use this to prepoo and then go in with a commercial dc (or vise versa) or I could use this as my dc

    I thought I was supposed to deep condition straight away after shampooing. I didn’t know I had to let the hair air dry for a bit before deep conditioning. Does it make a difference?
