Welcome back to Kweebec Corner, I finally have access to my channel once again, and you can expect lots of content over the next few weeks as I try to get back into gear. This week we dive into Hytale's future with Riot Games Aquiring Hypixel Studios, as well as break down the gameplay images revealed in the Hytale Blog Posts. We also have a third on the way, so keep an eye out!

Hytale is an upcoming survival-adventure sandbox game from the creators of Hypixel and Minecraft's most popular server. Skywars, Skyblock and many more games have been made famous by the team, but how will they fair with their own game? Hytale is bound to be a huge success, but what amazing changes to the industry will it bring?

Honestly, for better or worse I'd like to hear about the game solely. Focus on it, its features and fan art.

I 100% age! I got pretty bored of minecraft supper fast because i saw so much potential that never happened, i still play minecraft but only with mods. Im honestly so hypes for hytale! Im so glad i switched to pc a few years ago just so i can experience this amazing game! I cant wait!
Clubs are a very interesting type of weapon. They are great against things that are way smaller than the user, like mice, or birds. Swords would be way too inaccurate to hit something that small, and hammers way too slow. This is probably the reason giants primarily use clubs, because most dangerous things are smaller than them

I hate these in other Games! Is that what it is?! Why can't we just use the Mouse Wheel normally to get the right Item Slot selected, like in Minecraft?!
@@slevinchannel7589 As far as I understand from reading the blogpost, the radial menu is an extra menu for swapping what is in the 'X' and 'Z' slots. You should still be able to scroll through the hotbar.

Riot Games made League and Valorant, bought Hytale, and is developing a fighting game. They are about to have a monopoly on esports.

i have been craiving this game so much
I don't have a problem with Riot. I have a problem with who owns Riot.
i mean its not like they’re doing much to riot. Its like microsoft and mojang. Microsoft and tencent just get some money
not to sound rude but they've fully acquired Hytale studios, not just subsidized it there is a difference as subsidizing gives the sense that there is independence and they are their own thing. My personal experience with Riot has left me wary, Aside from the relentless barrage of annoying LoL ads on youtube, last time they acquired a studio they rushed a favorite game of mine out the door before they finished a few promised features and had them close shop Fortunately mod support for that game is a thing. Yes, I am referring to radiant entertainment and their game Stonehearth. If Riot actually takes good care of Hytale and helps it to become something great than good, but I don't trust multi-national conglomerates with understanding their audience especially when Tencent has its hands in it.

I also wanted to say that I would really like to see Hytale have small pastimes that you can play with other players or even NPCs, like cards, checkers, tic tac toe, etc.

I literally can't see how selling yourself to a huge company is an amazing idea. Mojang was bought by Microsoft. That didn't go that well for their game studio now, did it?
And don't use that corporate speak about the fact that they are a subsidiary of Riot, but independent.
I ain't swallowing that for granted, not from big companies promising that. Their investment? They are going to look for returns of said investment. And it might as well change the way they do things in the future.
Now, I am more skeptical about where the game is headed and how it's going to turn out.

Mojang was bought by Microsoft and the creator, "Notch" left the picture before launch. It wasn't just subsidized like Hytale is doing.
He sold out and they had to take the vision into their own hands.

5:43 nice to see them implement a proper projectile (slowing the video it appears they are hitscan ) . that will help moders when they make hitscan weapons . issue i found that limited to minecraft . that there is no base weapons that use hitscan . what make most mini games on servers that involve using a custom weapons . Use either snow egg or arrow projectiles what is not the best solution imo . it will be fun playing on big custom map with 60 player in Hytale as massive warfare .

Images look great, but Riot aka tencent buying hytale is nothing but awful news.
So does this means that Hytale is going to be free as most games of riot games are free

I've really enjoyed all of the riot games so far, and I do believe that riot will help them immensely in all aspects of the game, and riot isn't all about the money with their games (free games, usually ways in game to obtain cosmetics) and they bring in bucks...

I hope they add a feature where u can make a base and put air balloons above it, like the Zeppelin mod from minecraft 1.2.5, or Davincis Vessels from latest mc, Or just a complete mod or airship ingame which u can craft with loads of wood and metal, then stoak it with coal to go up , the zeppelin wil be craftable and comes with things like chest build in, furnace,cosmetic,furniture, etc. So that way you can travel the land by air and explore every area while taking your base with you ;D

Riot is owned by Tencent, a Chinese company. It's sad to hear of the Chinese Government's hold over another game I was looking forward to.
It's hard to trust such companies (and therefore games) with your information and gameplay details when the Chinese government is known for spying on their own citizens.. v.v

More like thats the only thing Riot wants and will most likely push that mode out before anything else.
If Hytale is free to play or/and has micro transactions it will not last like minecraft.

There are better voxel games like: Agraund ,Stellar overload,clone drone in the danger zone, terraria and Minecraft
