Thanks for reminding me that I need to refill one of my prescriptions. I don't use Walmart because they have been problematic in the past (I simply took the paper prescription somewhere else) but I never felt the need to try and jump the counter. I mean, with all of my physical issues, I can't even jump over a curb.

Sometimes you have to wait on your medication because the insurance company won't pay till a certain date I think that's what happened she has to wait one more day I know it happens to me I have to wait till a certain date to get my medicine
That's a strong possibility. It's based on the prescription though. So, if you're taking your medication as prescribed, you shouldn't run out.

she is a trust fund kid, so has always had enough money to stay a spoiled brat forever.
her kid (18 year old male) broke his foot on a 4 wheeler, so she was all stressed out, and Bill is a work a holic, cant ever take a day off I would regularly help him putter but she was getting agitated and felt overwhelmed with him trying to improve the property, as he wanted to leave something behind.
She blames him for everything in her life thats bad and is always on some new oh woe is me kick.
I don't talk to her anymore, me and Bill are tight.
Just went down and hung out with him in Homosassa Florida for 12 days.
He was giving her $100 a month for the power bill, and he is an outdoor cat so its just a camper and a shed with power and lights.

The example you used is perfect. PERFECT. The pandering to illegals, over citizens, makes the injustices feel even more intentional. The pharmacy and insurance fvckery is definitely a high stress situation, particularly if it's for a medication that you need.
When they ask me for my receipt I say "no I told the cashier to throw it away"...you don't have to prove you didn't steal....they have to prove you did steal

The price I was told I could pay for one of my prescriptions was over 800. USD.
Trying the good Rx did not make it affordable.

Equally untrue is having the cash to pay for a prescription (!!!) and being unable to have it filled, with a script, because insurance. I realize that made no sense, and I said as much, but it didn't matter; the pharmacist was playing god that day,so I had to wait and try different shifts.
Point is, it's easy to be glib or condescending when you've not been made privy to all the details, or when you're the kind of person that "details" don't apply to.

There's no context in the video - just know the woman had been waiting for her prescription, had to play telephone with insurance, then told to get up on outta there. She's responsible for her actions. But that's the extent of information we get.

This one jerk, years ago, at an east central Kansas Walmart, would always ask me for my receipt.
The last time it happened, I said, "Hell no, Call the police if ya have to!"
And I walked out to my bosses vehicle.
My boss was surprised and asked me about it.
I said, "Screw that A hole, he's always asking me for a receipt. Like I'm a thief!" F that SOB!, I said.

At Citymarket thay have a auto Refill that that fills it at least 7 days before you run out thay have a list in ouder that thay do allso thay cannot fill a prescription without the Docktor telling them todo so

If I hadn't watched so many videos like this one, I wouldn't believe that some people are actually convinced that, just because things don't go their way, they have the right to throw a fit, break stuff and even bite (or scratch) people, including cops! And I'm sure that if you ask them, they will tell you that they didn't do anything wrong !!!
As someone who worked in the pharmacy, this not uncommon.
What's the usual reason that causes people to act out? And which patients are inclined to this behavior? I wouldn't want to be addicted to whatever medication she is on. I am assuming she is on anti-psychotics given her weight. Antidepressants can do that too. In my experience antidepressants can also make you present as psychotic. Later found out I'm just autistic.
@@BattleMage52 Working at the pharmacy for about 6 years, I would say this can be potentially attributed to a variety of reasons.
Reasons can range from medical conditions, work life balance creating a great amount of stress + medical conditions, medication side effects, and or can be dire medical diagnoses (such as stage 4 cancer / being diagnosed with many ailments that makes you unable to be a typical functioning human being to survive, etc.)
I can't tell you how many occasions I have seen perfectly normal citizens from years prior, struggling to get by and that still they're acting normal at the time.
But as life goes on, they're medical condition worsens, the life struggles can be worse, stress, medical costs always goes up by ridiculous amounts (I've seen medications that would cost $10 go to thousands.), etc. This eventually leads to sometimes very problematic behavior out in public near the pharmacy.
I will see children running up and down the isles crying for us to give their mothers their medications, screaming that their mother is dying, fighting each other at the store, etc.
I will see normal people we used to know, go to extreme lengths of jumping the pharmacy counters because life struggles gets rough when they need surgery, life saving treatments, etc. and they try everything they can to survive, like selling their house to afford treatments, attempting to rob us, etc.
That may be true, and is very sad but we live in a society where the healthcare industry profits off of people's suffering / death.
Because there is always a profit incentive, and the healthcare sector is the most egregious form of one, things like this eventually happens.

I agree with you about the receipt thing.......so I have to be my own cashier or wait in the one line worked by a human and then as I'm leaving then they ask for receipt to make sure I'm not stealing. If it's that big of a concern how about get rid of self checkout and go back to way it used to be done!
It's funny, I have been all over the country ( rural and urban areas) and when I leave a Walmart I hold up my receipt and I am never stopped to look at it. I'm a 50 year old guy and that may be it.

There is no cop shown here with sleeve tattoos. There is a Paramedic with two sleeve tattoos but no cops.
Main character syndrome. Nothing matters except what they want/need… and when you wrestle with the cops, they are bound to accidentally touch a lot of different things… so she has no one to blame but herself.
When you are trying to get your medication you stand in line until you are addressed by the pharmacy personnel, you don't throw a fit, kick the living daylights out of the counter and bite a poor guy just doing his job. We get frustration but you have to control your behavior, that is called being an adult human.

I almost did this at a Walmart. I'm a nurse case manager and Walmart doesn't know how many people they are killing with their inability to manage pharmacies. They are the worst. I had to go to the ER after they, twice, did not get the doctor's orders after we made sure they were called once they lost the original prescription. AND, I've had this happen to my patients.

Man! I've been there. I feel for her. Biden has caused shortages of a LOT of certain psych drugs. Pharmacies have crazy backorders with no ETAs. People are losing jobs because they can't go into work off meds. It's terrible. But, she should have been better than that. It never hits the news either.
