That was very impressive. For anyone who isn’t familiar with the P51, they are extremely difficult to control on the takeoff and landing. The rudder and throttle control had to be flawless to pull this off well done sir!
Propellers can only cavitate in a liquid. The takeoff and landing were fantastic. Showed guts and the ability to remain calm. Very impressive. The scenery was simply spectacular.
I thought from the thumbnail it was just going to be a motor test/run up… For the average person without much rc knowledge, this model is classified as giant scale and has an 89 inch wingspan. This was crazy! I fly my giant mustang off a 600ft paved runway haha. Thanks for the entertainment!
Thanks for the video. Fantastic flight and slow speed demonstration! Then you topped that off with an amazing landing with no room to go around. Great skills!
Beautiful mustang and that sound is just BADASS BRO. I live in northern Washington. Im guessing you're location is on the west side of camano island. Subbed the chanel from SEDRO WOOLLEY WA 😊BADASS BRO
@@wheelrunner25 prop rip is the tips going near or above the speed of sound. Full scale P-51s do not have prop rip. The prop is huge and geared down. You’ll hear it on full scale aerobatic airplanes at air shows. For me- it’s just cool sounding and a way to have an electric airplane sound good. Some might say it’s inefficient and simply an engine spinning at too high of rpm but for electrics that’s not true as it’s all relative to tip speed which is relative to prop diameter. Brushless motors have a max RPM unlike gas engines. So a bigger prop on a brushless motor is more apt to rip. Some don’t like it and that’s okay. Me- love it.
@@flybuilderpretty sweet spot. I fly from my yard in SEDRO WOOLLEY. Where do you fly other than the yard. I go up to the club in Ferndale near the silver reef casino
Damn thats incredible man....and that's electric??? I'm new to the plane hobby, been running trucks and buggies, but absolutely want to fly.... Thinking either sport cub s or the fms 1220 ranger rtf.... what's your opinion....which plane for my first plane?
You are absolutely mad! Amazing conversion and sound and then an incredible landing into a tiny strip with no space for a go around,
mad man! 🤣

Your pulling at least 100 mph gorgeous sound never gets old you’d think it’s real haha

Small light foamies will all fly similar. Your choice!
