idk where you got youre tickets from but when I bought a ticket to warsaw from tlv the prices were:(round trip) Wizz Air:242 euro(Including 20kg check in bag, seat selection and priority boarding) EL AL:421 euro (Horrible company btw,I prefer to fly with a connection instead of them) LOT:318 euro (they have flights not in the night, they just cost a couple euros more, totally worth it)
nice flight report. Thanks. I feel safest when I fly elal (and the food is usually very good especially breakfast) it's often more expensive and like you i like checking off many airlines so i often end up on other airlines. btw long haul flights (747/777) have the personal entertainment by every seat sorry hauls ie to Europe don't. I do have one concern with your report. specifically i don't think you should be sharing the types of questions they ask you. as you don't know who might be seeking such information though i assume they change their questions often. btw interviews are usually shorter unless m something like you've been to an Arab country or something. sorry it does sound nerve wracking but hope you enjoyed your trip to Israel. come again.
Patryk - Great video and as an Israeli I was a bit surprised to learn that the interview was that long. BTW did you know that they had your name on the breakfast tray ?
I didn't have many issues when I was interviewed, and on all my LY flights I was asked a few questions; the duration of the interview was no more than 5 minutes each time.
Have they changed? It looks like since they know some jewish and israelis would fly with them anyway they don't put more effort in the passenger experience.
grate report....maybe because you are young and not an Israeli by nationality the security was so "heavy" . i frequent flight but as far as i can i try to fly ELAL (if they have my destination on their list) - because of the security and nowadays its because ELAL is the only carrier with anti-missile laser and rocket system in installed in a civilian aircraft - if you remember the 2 aircraft (in Sinai and over the Ukraine) that were shot down last year and all passengers perished - ELAL have the means to kill the missiles on its way toward the aircraft .
Nice review
Very nice report , i am sure you enjoyed Tel - Aviv. Is a great travel destination.

Being young and other reasons is why the interview is so long.

Agree, flew 3 times with El-Al and the interview was always friendly and never took longer than 5 - 10 minutes.
ihope you enjoy israel - such an amazing country and i LOVE ELAL - I THINK ITS THE BEST CHOISE FROM POLAND TO ISRAEL
