I've been using mango to make sorbet for a few years. I like it so much more than the banana based "nice cream". It's great to add other fruit also such as peaches and/or pineapple.
@@jillschwartz2442 You could also try blending until it's smooth and putting it back into the freezer for a while. I do the same with my rubbish handheld blender and pineapple. 😁🍍
It isn't high on my wishlist, but I really would like to enjoy mango the way almost everyone else does! The flavour puts me off, even in juice. And I've tried good, perfectly ripe organic ones. #firstworldproblems 😕

It’s not a necessary ingredient you can use more almond milk instead but the orange juice acts as a sweetener plus adds an orange flavour ❤️🙌🏻👨🏻🍳
