First Day with my BMW E36 Compact Not Going as Planned.

Today is the first day with my BMW E36 316i compact. The plan was to go to a drift event, but never made it that far. Things took time fixing before I could go.

You can buy a fender roller on ebay pretty cheap. I have one and it actually works well. The reason you didn't manage to roll them with the bat is that there was too much deflection in the tyres. Could try putting more air in then for the purpose of rolling the fenders.

I think that the rear steelies are spare wheels from e34's , they come with et20 steelies thats why they poke like that.

To roll rear fenders you must remove stiffening undercoat that it has, then you can roll it easy, otherwise need more force :D

@@FahreFilms Inside of rear fenders should be covered with black paint like material, which is there to stiffen them and prevent corosion. To roll them easier you grab something sharp and peel it first, then it should be like working with bare sheet metal.

E36 compact notorious for no rear traction. Possibly one of the worst cars for it (or best if you are trying to drift on a budget). My E46 318ti really isn't a great winter car either, for like, moving forward :D Once you get going you can travel sideways though.
