The fist bump sound effects never get old lol. This is so cool seeing some of the other stuff Whistler has to offer. I could watch videos of dirt merchant and A line all day but there's just so many different things to ride there! Looks like that dvo suspension is treating you really well.
idk man, but it's something about your videos that makes it different from other youtubers, i simply love them. now i'm saving some money to buy myself a bike. thanks for your videos man, and keep it up. ✌🏻
@@arctifoxdrew4362 save just a bit more and you can get a modern trail bike, even if just a hardtail- it's still gonna be more capable and enjoyable to ride...
I hear ya man. Jordon is just way more down to earth. I really relate to him alot more than the other guys. I think it might be because hes not fake and dont have that corny laugh. He also doesnt dissect every little thing and isnt afraid to crash and definitely not afraid to SEND IT🤘👊👊👍
Just bought my first bike at age 31and i can't wait to get on the level where i can ride some of this stuff. It is so awesome to watch these videos. Thanks brother.
Love how good of friends you all are! Always cool to see UA-cam collabs that aren't hyped up like it's some ground-breaking meet-up. You guys just go out and ride :)
@7:30 Jordan: we should probably look at this one Seth: pshhh...hold my taco (just hits it blind) Alex: that was fucked up I love the different personalities. Pretty awesome.
The fact that you let that man tag along behind you is so amazing. For a rider, the best way to get better is to follow someone better then you and you gave him that opportunity. Haven't had that yet, still new to the sport and no palls yet, but I'll try and ask like he did, might work... :)
I've never even ridden a mountain bike before, UA-cam randomly recommended a video of you riding a jump trail to me which I watched with my jaw on the floor. Now I've spent the last week or so alternating between binging videos and looking for a bike to buy lmao Getting myself into another expensive hobby I guess, which I'm definitely looking forward to!
Welcome dude... I caught the bug in 2016 and I just purchased my first serious bike this week, been riding an entry level bike for years. Don't trick yourself into thinking you need a $4000 bike to be good.
Thanks guys! Yeah I think I'm gonna start with a used bike and before I buy one I'm gonna go to a bike park and rent one to see if the sport is for me, what type of riding I prefer and so on. Gotta say though, coming from a bmx background, deciding whether a bmx is worth buying is definitely easier than buying a mtb lol I can't wait for my first trip to the mountains!
@@RiversideM Yea man! Like I said, you can get a very decent spec'd bike for under $1000. Even Kijiji is your best option for picking up a good used bike.
Chin cam view on the rock drops and rolls is DIALED! I love how we can see exactly what you're looking at. Some of those rock drops looked sketch, so in person...they had to be WAY worse. You didn't have any run in, and you just had to get your body position right and react quickly...not easy. One millisecond of panic and indecision braking, and that's when people crash. New respect for your tech skills after watching this one....DH bike or not!
it's such a pleasure riding in a group=) . i'm always the one with the least experience. so they give me every time amazing useful tips and notes to my riding style. and that helped me so much
I think it was on the fatcrobat trail when you kinda squeezed thru that lil group of trees was pretty sweet. Kinda gave me de ja vue. There is a spot in my local trails that we have to do that in🤘
Great piece guys! So cool to see those wooden features in a more easy-tempo video from the side and multiple angles :-) most often in only-pov -stuff you just miss the depth
I had a crash just like the one you had. I am learning to not look back... at least on terrain like that. Great video as always just boostin! New bike seems at home on those trails. Cheers
As if they didn't want to follow start of the video. That for me would be the best day ever riding with you lot. Love the vids keep it going boostmaster
Alright Jordan sat here with my wrist in plaster watching this vid ..and at 15: 20 is exactly what I did 😱 but put my hand out into a berm, it can all end in the blink of an eye ha! But glad you got out of it alive 🤘🏻
sweet video! I can’t believe that Singletrack Sampler is at Whistler now! would love to say hi to you guys, I’ll be at Whistler on the 24th, I am going to be getting some private coaching but it’s only a half day, as long as I don’t get cramps this time I should hopefully be good to stay around for a little while.
Dumb question... can you get a scale on the side that indicates angle of the camera? kinda like a heads up display in a cockpit of a plane... would be SWEET and help combat the go pro effect on videos... my 2cp! LOVE YER VIDS!!!
Hi Jordan! I would love to see a comparison video between the Sky Pilot and the Wilson at some point in the future, maybe when you really got familiar with the new bike;)
Hey Jordan, great video always good to see you guys sending it when I wake up. This video felt almost too edited for me, like you showed us a lot of the cool parts of your trails, but the run-up to them was a bit lacking for me. Keep riding!
Do you think you could make a video on just cornering and turning at some point? Or just throw out a couple tips? Its something i tend to struggle with, especially at higher speeds. Im a pretty new mountain biker, but im fairly comfortable riding most stuff, but i hate having to slow down so much to get through corners.
Well i had problems with that when i was starting mtb but on berms just go as close to the top of the berm as possible and enter high and on turns put more weight on the front so the front weel doesnt slip out . Also try leaning your bike instead of your whole body.
So fun riding with you, Jordan! As always. Whistler trips just wouldn’t be the same without our Garbanzo tech runs.
Seth how do you mount your GoPro to your chin on your troy lee designs helmet? What is that piece called?
He mounts it on his chest, with a GoPro Chestie v2
Rimac C_2 He uses a chin mount with his full face though.
Smallest guy biggest balls 🙌🏼
