You can tell by the look of everything you see there that that owner really did his homework and is putting a lot of sound wisdom into that business -- I applaud him energetically.
We should all hope to be as passionate about something as this chef is about his product. The burger looks amazing, but I'd make the trip to have him serve it to me.
I live about 10 minutes from this place and that burger is amazing! I didn't even know pepper jelly was a thing before I hat that burger. It is amazing!
Finally got to go there yesterday. It was awesome. The staff was nice. The place was clean. And we got to sit in the trailer. The only disappointment was our kids couldn't watch them make the meat cause the window was fogged up. But the burgers were delicious. That was definitely one of the top 3 burgers i ever ate. I heard they looking to open more resturants and possible franchise. I sure hope they do. We whould go all the time if they were closer. It was definitely worth the trip. You got to wait about 25 min. But when you take a bite you see where that extra time went. 10 out of 10. I will be back next year.
Especially if they are willing to show you what they're doing in the window that is just awesome. Do you know how clean an operation must be for them to show you their food processing on purpose from an outside window? He's not dressed in all white for nothing he's sending a message of cleanliness.
I am going to MDAnderson for my cancer treatment and friends who live in Katy Texas took us to Willy Burgers. My favorite is the Hee Haw burger! Can’t go to Texas without going to Willy Burger! I am going today to find the stuff to make one at home.
Wow I'm from California and our family moved to the Washington DC area for job and let me tell you, the burgers on the East coast SUCK! They have no little burger joints. This place is burger hell.
Washington DC Maryland and Virginia essentially make up the Washington DC area by no means does it makeup even a fifth of the East Coast Make I-95 your friend it will connect you to a lot. The East Coast has to offer
@@TruckTaxiMoveIt I've been all over the East Coast and still haven't found a great burger. West Coast does a lot of "char broiled" burgers and I haven't found 1 out here.
That owner is a straight up character! What an awesome guy!

They opened one in Katy, TX and it is wonderful! The Hee-Haw is unique and super good, but they have a lot of other really tasty ones too!

That's that Texas spicy jelly making everything yummy...
It's nice to see portion control that's one I could eat
Any place that grinds their own meat is A-OK in my book.
Especially if they are willing to show you what they're doing in the window that is just awesome.

There is NO Ham in that Ground Angus BEEF !!! Just Ground Beef ! They are NOT Hamburgers ! Just BURGERS !!!!!!
The name hamburger comes from ground beef steaks from Hamburg, Germany.
Apparently you don't know the history of hamburger meat
Sad when you see how massive that the host has gotten in 2022... he is headed for a serious health condition... please, Shane, put down the burger!
I’m a going
The host of the show has the fakest laugh
YUM ME
