I had same problem with unlocking. This video helped, but spent 30 min to remove actuator from the door. It was the problem with bigger motor. I did not opened the motor, only sprayed it with wd40 through holes and turned it a few times. I learned I have to assemble the unit with caution as is dificult to put plastic rods in its place. if you dont do that, inner handle does not work. Thank you for this video.
