I don't know. Donner has a nice kit - I'd just recommend supplying your own samples. It's nice to have options.

This is probably the most solidly built kit but the module seems weak compared to Alesis and Simmons. Can you hook it up to a laptop and get more sounds out of it?
Yes. You can use the MIDI connection to use Drum tools.

You can dial in the settings to give you a Mid open effect briefly. The module does a lot. However, it can be difficult to navigate until you get used to it.

@csb135 The separate hi-hat makes these much more like a traditional kit, which is much more appealing to me. Not to say that Simmons doesn't make good e -drums because they do. I just prefer these personally

@csb135 I'm 6ft also. I turned the Toms upside down for more height. Worked out perfectly. The stool is garbage, though. If you look in the video you will see that I did it. It's much better.
