Year later, but I have the answer for you and your 2022 Ford. The extra blue and white wires need to be tapped into some wires in a separate black module thing behind the E-brake lever down by the pedals. In this black box, there are two plugs going in with multiple wires for each. Find the plug that contains two small Green w/ blue stripe wires, and two small White with green stripe wires. Disconnect that plug from the box. Roll off the black electrical tape wrapped around them all. Now, you will see there are actually two small Green w/ blue stripe wires, and two small White w/ green stripe wires. I don't think it matters which you tap into. It didn't for me on my 2023 F-350. Use the small posi-taps that come with the install kit. Tap the White wire that you mentioned from the OBD plug, into one of the Green w/ blue stripe wires, and tap the Blue wire from the OBD plug into the White w/ green stripe wires. It should now work immediately. I installed mine, and when I put the fuse in, they retracted but wouldn't extend. Found out, they provided me with instructions that said "Ram" at the top. I had to search online for the correct 2022-2023 Ford SuperDuty instructions, and bingo.
Where did you hook.up the blue and white wires on the obd 2 plug
Sorry not sure. I had it professionally installed.

Cool
How much $?
Well I paid $1400+ for the Amp steps and around $500 for professional install.
