I loved this, but also I was sad that this great car had gotten this bad. Thank you for saving it! I had 2 different Supras. An 82 L package. Grey with black leather. Wonderful cruiser. I took it to 215,000 miles and sold to a friend who drove it for 3 more years. My second was an early 1986 white P package with a blue leather interior. I only had a short couple of years since it proved to not be "child seat friendly" 😢 I really liked these cars and this video!
These have skyrocketed in price in the last 3 years they went from 1k=3k for a decent-good one to about 5k-15k for a decent-good one. There have been a couple on BaT that have gone for 30k+ stock and one that went for 60k that was a restomod. It’s nuts. I have two same gen celicas a GT and GTS hatches and I got an offer for mine with a new engine and 7/10 chassis they said they’d give me 8k. A Supra in worse condition than mine went for 13k just the other day with a 7MGTE swap 120k miles on then engine 320k on chassis. That being said I’m not surprised at all and you’re gonna start seeing more and more of these getting restored and/or modded. 3rd gen celica/celica Supra lovers are typically hardcore.

Great restoration! I personally would have kept the stock rims to keep it looking original as possible, but to each is his own 😊
Such an awesome build man!!!
I ❤ it...

Love this model
I liked these cars since they were new, but I'm surprised that someone was willing to throw that kind of money around to restore one.
