    I'm taking this recovery plan for 30 days its easy for me to do these things if I take this decision to do so
    I've started to become depressed since I was in 8th standard 🙃 and now I'm applying for universities and I still have depression even if I achieve so high i still struggle so now I'll have to work on growing like you gave example of a plant 🪴 I will treat myself like it
    I won't cut it like I get thoughts to now I'll be that be that version of me that I most desire and deserve❤❤ and everyone deserves thank you psychologist
    For helping me I wanna be a psychologist/psychiatrist too

    Mam मेरे रिलेटिव हौ ocd dipression की प्रोब्लम है कुछ साल टैबलेट ली पूरी तरह ठीक नही हूए ओर बन्द करदी उनको सबसे बडी प्रोब्लम है वौ सिर नही धो ते ना सर मे आयल लगा सकते उनको bhut ड़र लगता ओर सांस फलती anxity होती ये bhut साल से हौ रहा आप बताव क्या करे

    Me 10 din tk medicine lya Anti depressient ekdam theek raha...
    Davai Band hote hee wapis chalu hogya Anxiety

    Mam mujhe IBS ki problem h aur m sb follow kr rha hu exercise,yoga, pranayama, meditation, homefood lekin phir bhi gas bhut banti h kahne ke baad aur constipation h

      Practice avoiding negative thoughts which will disturb you while making positive affirmations for some time but keep on focusing your positive thoughts only.
