So i did Cutman then bomb man. some how doing those guys first gave me confidence to make it past the moving platforms. Fucking did it in one try after 29 fails , and 12 rage quits.

To beat the "Yellow Thing With One Eye" use the electric weapon and pause the game while its hitting it. That drains it's life so fast.

Did you try the pause abuse technique? If you do it fast enough, you can use the Thunder Beam to shave up to 12 HP off of Yellow Devil.
