BUSH HOOKS FOR BIG CATS - Full Day on the River

We set out BUSH HOOKS to target some BIG CATFISH using the Hickory Shad as bait. Flathead and Blue Catfish are invasive to the rivers here in NC and they are delicious. This type of fishing is so much fun and proved to be very productive. I love being out in this unique habitat and seeing all of the different types of wildlife along the river...it's so peaceful and serene. Get out there and be somebody!

@@palanwhitt1 there are health advisory’s for the fish in the Neuse up near wake county, none for the area where this was filmed. We ate them and shared with friends.

The roe is awesome, not a huge fan of the shad. Too many other good fish to eat. I’m not above it though…
