The first time I heard this joint was on BET's Video Soul with host Donny Simpson. This joint is from their debut album "To Whom It May Concern." I still have my cassette of this album.
The Pasadenas did a lot of old school covers especially from Motown... they turned out the Apollo Theater with this song/performance in 1988. Riding On A Train is my favorite song from them but they have a lot of good songs.
@MightMouse2174. Aw man... I remember watching their video when I was just starting HS. They was cool as hell. That was back when there was another British invasion in R&B; It was them..."Soul II Soul", "Loose Ends", etc.
I remember when this first came out (1988), cruising around East London with it blasting. Another brilliant track is "Riding on a Train". Two absolute bangers but for some reason they never made the big time.

That was great. Very energetic.
Very nice find. I've had a couple of Pasadenas tunes on my playlist dating back from my UK soul listening era. I'm Doing Fine is another good track.
I remember this from video soul back in the day. Ironically I never heard another song from them. This tribute was nice ❤
