Thanks! Several features revealed that I did not kjow about. Interesting fill in: some dealers are right now flipping "loaners" with low miles and CPO warranties. Just got a 2023 CPO Mazda 3 Turbo Premium Plus OTD for $30,500, TTL and all. 1865 odometer miles at delivery.
Great review! I test drove a sedan turbo yesterday. Amazing interior and super comfortable place to be. I also think these are the best looking cars in the segment by far. I was a little disappointed in the driving dynamics. It wasn’t bad by any means, I think just expected it to feel a bit sportier than it is. It’s a very refined vehicle and you can tell Mazda prioritized comfort over sportiness. Nothing wrong with that, and ultimately it probably means they sell more of these being engineered that way. I think his powertrain could really benefit from a manual transmission in that regard, especially with how excellent the manual is on the naturally aspirated hatchback. It would give the Golf GTI a serious run for its money!
Thanks I wasn't too happy with this video I was trying to get it done at the end of the day at the end of the weekend so it was unscripted the next videos will be better. I was also a bit rusty since I haven't made one in a while.
excellent review! got an order in on a 2024 turbo sport suna hatchack! Current ride is a 2020 non turbo hatch...love it!! Can you share your real world fuel ratings?? my ride has cylinder deactivation, so, can ofter get high 40's mpg on highway!! I know that the turbo will not get even close to that, but, would appreciate your thoughts and numbers on average fuel economy...and, can you hypermile this ride?....cheers from Toronto Canada.
I'm curious to know how confident you feel working on this car yourself, i saw your last Mazda 3 had you swap an engine in the drive way, do you think you could do that level of work on this new generation.
Sure I could, the mechanics of cars are basically all the same, and I have 40 years of automotive experience. Since I made this video over the course of the last year I have already modified the car as far as lowering springs, 80mm exhaust and rear Carbon fiber spoiler. I have an intake for it as well that I got last Febuary but all my time was taken up this spring putting ITBs on my sons Miata.
