Thanks man! Yeah, I feel like sometimes people just want to show off "how cool they are" and don't get to the point of the tutorial, unless they're sure to extend the 8 min mark of a video to grab some extra cents from ads, lol! Anyways, highly appreciate your comment man - and I got 2 more of those short, condensed videos lined up for December, so we can close the year with a big boom! :D
Thanks a ton! At the time I started this channel I actually had an Intro but I quickly got rid of it 😅 glad you liked it and welcome to the community!:)
Absolutely, yes. Imagine how overhyped the adobe suit is. Worst pricing scheme, taxes 50% of your creative process time due to crashes and then troubleshooting and people still love it - just because they haven’t experienced something really good, fast and reliable! 🤣
What a fantastic video man - thank you so much. Wow - there is so much cool stuff to unearth here, and all explained perfectly. Not only that, but all squeezed into 180sec 🤯. Great job man - I especially liked the time glitch 🤘. Thanks so much for sharing brother 🙏.
Hey brother! Super excited to hear that man! I feel like doing such a video every once in a while is a good idea, it gets more attraction than the regular tuts! 😁 Again, super glad to hear that and thank you for that comment! Loved it! :) Cheers brother!! :)
@@SebastianFriedrichVisuals the pace was fantastic - and like you said, doing one "now and then" brings something fresh to your tutorials. Great idea delivered brilliantly 🤘. Have a great week man. @Gary Cunningham #youareenough Hey man! Well, don't worry, I am super busy as well- thank god it's weekend in a couple hours lol!!! :D I am super excited to see what you're currently working on man! I believe it's something fantastic brother!! I also just finished the first video for the new channel but I somehow am "scared" to publish it lol don't know why! :D:D Hope you're having a great weekend and some relaxing days brother!
@@SebastianFriedrichVisuals believe in YOU, and you'll never go wrong 😉. If it helps, I can't wait to see the new channel man 😁🤘. Also, a friend once told me, "nerves and excitement are the same feeling .. so, you're not nervous, you're excited!" 😁👌👍 Believe in YOU brother...and be sure to have a great, relaxing weekend 🤘
Hey Randall - I partly agree with you, because it's refreshing to just watch something like this instead of a 15 min tutorial, however I still think there's room for longer, more in depth tutorials, as long as UA-camrs cut out the boring and unnecessary "Hey guys, what's up, it's xyz coming up with this new video, don't forget to like and subscribe and share." That's what ruins those tutorials I think
Thanks Laner! Super happy to hear that! :) I made a couple more of those short effects videos on my channel, you might want to check them out as well! :)
Hey Nelson! Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to leave a comment!! I just released another version of this style tutorial 2 days ago, highly recommend checking that one out as well!:)
@@SebastianFriedrichVisuals Of course! As a UA-camr myself (on a separate account) I know the struggle of tutorial videos getting almost no comments, so I try to make an effort every once in a while. Amazing video, incredibly helpful :D
Some great effects! Unfortunately, Motion Trails and Aperture Diffraction are in the paid version only. But, I've been making motion trails manually for a while now.
Hey Artkeh! That's true, but, if you're editing for a while now, considering upgrading might be something for you. It's a one time payment with constant updates. But yes, creating motion trails manually isn't too hard either! Thanks for taking the time to comment man, highly appreciated! :)
@@SebastianFriedrichVisuals Hi mate like this into with the text...shapes...colours changing inside the letters ua-cam.com/video/Xx2zlATdGxY/v-deo.html
Hey! It‘s very simple. It’s just a ‚light leak transition overlay‘, if you type that into google, there are a couple free ones that you can download!:)
Hahahah! You wouldn't regret the switch I'd say! In fact, you can get a Resolve for free which will get you started (with just a few limitations; nothing too serious) and once you're happy with it, you might upgrade to the studio version which is a $295 one time payment and you get the newest versions as a free upgrade then! :)
Bro first thanks for this fast videos with an easy explain. Question how i can do that filter or effect that you use between each part, thats lines whites with movement, is nice for some videos, how do you find did?
Hey man! Thanks for taking the time to comment! These are just simple dust&scratch overlays you can find them pretty much anywhere on the web! However, if you don’t mind, I suggest to use envato elements because you won’t only get them, but music, sfx, stock footage and many other things! You can check them out and get a free trial with the link in the description!:)
Hey! For sure! It's a light leak ( just search for "free light leak Transitions" in google, there you will fing a couple. Just import them to your media pool, from there drag them over to your timeline, go to the inspector and change the composit mode to screen! :) - then you can add a "background" as I did (just search for dirt and scratch overlay free) an google and import them to your media pool! :)
Nice. Is there any shortcut to add clips to markers directly placed on kicks of beats for example when editing to the beat? There is a quick way to do that in premiere
Hm, great question!! Not that I could think of, to be honest. However you can add markers on the audio file where the beats are happening and turn on the magnet tool, or hit ‚n‘ on your keyboard, then the clips snap to those markers!:)
Here's a NEW VERSION with 8 BRAND NEW EFFECTS - you definitely DON'T want to MISS THESE for sure!
