    Hi Ryan,
    I’ve had my fingers crossed since Burning River that the nutritionist would help you.
    I didn’t get serious about hydration and electrolytes till a few years ago - so when you learn, I learn.

    Great to see you are finding what works for you, long time viewer remembers the struggles. You hit it right: everyone is different.
    For me, I don't do any "sports" stuff. Just regular food. Thats why ultras are great for me, so much food to eat!

    I found the Skratch Hint of Lemon works best for me if running two bottles, a bit lower cal but tastes like straight water. I found the same issues as you did with trying to cram too many calories in. Settled on 250 an hour for my between aid stations load out. Good luck at IT100!

    Your on the right track athletes tend to forget you need water to help digest the sport nutrition you consume while you race

    I'd be interested to know how you get Skratch Hi-Carb to dissolve. For me, it's been almost totally insoluble even with a mixer. And it is crazy sticky, so I have to be careful not to get anywhere. I can't imagine using it in a race. (oh, and good luck! )
