Khezu's theme absolutely slaps, the remix is amazing. I love how they combined Latin chants with intense rave music, only to make the last 40 seconds of the remix consist of Mongolian throat singing to make the remix stand out, I'm not sure that any future MH song can top this honestly.
Glad that Quick Sheath got buffed, I also notice that Helm breaker got slightly changed, if you look closely it seem to decreased the spirit level near the peak of the jump while the older version is happens when you are on the way down. This changes will going to make people think more carefully about when to use the Helmbreaker.
It's such an unbelievable buff. If a move has a long windup, you can genuinely 'mash' sheathe to prepare Iai as opposed to delaying with thrusts for a foresight. And the combos are so _fast_ now. Holy jesus. And the fact you can now just infinitely loop Helmbreaker -> Iai Spirit -> Helmbreaker -> Iai Spirit. 2 of LS' most powerful attacks, one after the other, chaining together flawlessly with PLENTY of Iframes. And now, even if you get hit after landing, the attacks still PROC! UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH~
I remember fighting Khezu as LS Main in Freedom 2 well over 10 years ago. Got a special relationship with that pale boi... And to see Peppo doing Khezu like this... I love it!

I disagree, long sword talentless boy. This guy played like a normal player, and probably got pleasure in this hunt because it shows that he knew how this mob works because of his efforts. He just acted in the best possible way each time he had the possibility.
Longsword has a nasty input lag now, sometimes you have to do the same input 3 times in a row for it to activate and by then you missed the window to quick sheath. They murdered a lot of weapons in this game, it’s sad as fuck. Played it for about an hour then went back to mhgu
@@judehaylesa quick sheath is mandatory for Alatreon , Stygian zinogre. Others like AT Velkhana also receive tremendous boost. There are more but I’m too lazy to google all the English name for the monster. Just ask a LS speed runner.
Wire bug really does change your options for approaching monsters. It's gunna be weird going back an playing world or GU and remembering I don't have wire bugs in those 2

The Iais animations look cooler but the jump slash was cooler in MHW imo,since you launched way higher ,although this version has also it's perks so not really complaining too much :D
IG wasn't nerfed. But I can see where you're coming from, since IG seems to be the only weapon to have received very little buffs when compared to the buffs added to other weapons. It wasn't nerfed, but it was indeed given less when others received more.
@@meguca8310 See you're 100% right, it didn't get as much new stuff as most other weapon types but it did take a nerf. They took the ground slam heavy attack and made it a switch skill, meaning in order to use it you lose you 2nd B attack heavy slam. Basically instead of having 1 air heavy attack and 1 ground heavy, you have to choose one or the other, limiting your combos and dps potential a lot. Edit: We did get a pretty big buff in the form of max earplugs while fully charhed tho which is fucking awesome

what's scary is that due to only having only 2 Wirebugs it dramatically slowed down his run. If he had 3WB or maybe later sets can include faster WB regeneration time he can at least shave off another 30 seconds
