    Bending for one arm flag should come from the side bend, should not be substituting lack of flexibility with bending arms

    Hi vitaly, I use a lot of your videos to progress in calisthenics, I'm 12 and I can't do the tuck planche, even though I watched your tutorial video. Can you make a more specific video on activations, isometry etc...?

      It does the more you weigh and the taller you are the harder it will be but it’s still not impossible it can still be done

    Hello can anyone solve my problem. I dont no how to build muscle and learn skills at the same time in Calisthenics

      ​@one_line3547 Not true, it's very different.
      I would say you should Focus on building some muscle to the point you can do 20-25 perfect pushups per set in at least 5 sets with 1 minute to 1:30 of rest.
      10-12 perfect pull ups in the same situation.
