Art of war 3 easily number 1, not just bc the graphics and mechanics are Top tier for mobile, but you can talk in game, it has campaign, multiplayer like 3v3 etc
But the only bad part is that you have to complete all 50 campaign missions and grind your tier to unlock online which might take you a week if you don't play Much idk
