This is SO nice! You know, this is what I would expect when apartments advertise that they're "luxury." Actual nice spaces that are well-decorated and make you feel like you're getting a lot of bang for your buck. I've seen some places that have, what... a dishwasher? New floors? A janky pool?? And say "wE'rE LuXuRy" when really, they're not even close haha. Also, I don't want to sound crazy or paranoid but if/when you move again, consider blurring out your view (gorgeous, by the way)! Your viewers are super nice but I know some people on YT have had their locations compromised because they showed their view. Totally up to you though, I want all us ladies safe out here!

I am 22 years old, I live in Central America and I havent been able to move out of my mother's house for many reasons including mental issues, my bedroom has just one window with a view to a wall, BUT YOUR VIDEOS INSPIRE ME SO MUCH!!! Love all the amenities, gives you space to entertain friends because those apartments sure are petite for the price... I was able to rent an entire 3 bedroom house with an acre yard in a neighborhood outside Boston for under 3k... but if you love LA living and are single or a couple I think it's a gorgeous spot, you chose well!

I enjoy both NYC and Chicago, but I've never been to Seoul. It's nice to be able to travel and experiment, experiencing life in different areas. New York is way more expensive for a lot smaller space. And the people there are not friendly (probably because of the weather! 😉).
I think that LA is only a cold place for influencers bc they’re stuck in the environment the internet makes. LA natives are usually friendlier and chill.

As an a La native that’s a good price because of the gym, pool, laundry, safety, little venues, events, safety, views. It’s a pretty fair price. Not to mention all the new appliances. I pay 1700 for a place same size as her none of those amenities and i can say all those extras add up

you should try visiting san diego! theres lots of walkable neighborhoods, pretty views and its only 15 minutes to get just about anywhere :-)
