I remember seeing this building being completed in 2018. I absolutely love the location of this building compared to the high density of the rest of Manhattan. It's a stunner! Love the amenities and finishes. I just wish they built them with balconies and terraces.
OMG!😳 That property is breathtaking! I’m shocked at how amazing it truly is!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Can you imagine having lived there when everything was shut down due to Covid? It literally gives you the feeling that you’re not even affected by the problems outside those doors. Now that’s when you know you have made it!😀

Jason… that’s the Manhattan Bridge
at 8:20 you kept going on about the views but you sat down at 8:25 you can see one of the most dangerous projects. youd probably get robbed walking by that place at night. the one next to the housing authority is literally called wild autumn. so much crime on cherry street and the vladeck housing projects are the next street over. at least the hospital is only a block away.
That's the first thing I noticed. This building is surrounded by the projects. No thank you.

Jason - I love you videos man. But Im from NYC that metal bridge with the trains on two levels you keep calling the Brooklyn bridge is actually the Manhattan Bridge lol. I crossed it everyday to get to my HS Brooklyn Tech. The Stone bridge next to it is the Brooklyn Bridge - but your tours are awesome and when I move to FL I will be reaching out.

One Manhattan Square is situated near the Manhattan Bridge, not the further south Brooklyn Bridge.

Hey Jason. One Manhattan Square had a defect during construction. The building began to tilt out of alignment. It wasn't as bad as the Millennium Tower in San Francisco; but I hope the engineers corrected it.
Wrong building. No defect here. You’re thinking of 161 Maiden Lane which is not even completed.
Not in Manhattan and kitchen not separate- Master Suite is amazing - all those amenities cost!

Jason you know you can have a shower before you soak in the bathtub so you don’t have to bathe in your own dirt and still be able to relax in the tub
