What about the check-in experience, the seat recline or a review of the infotainment system? I get that it's a day flight, but I'd wish that the review had focused more on the full experience especially as the busness class seat is one of the key differences between this class and the lower classes. If I'm planning a trip and I'm not sure which airline to choose a good review would help me make the right choice. In my opinion that is one of the main ideas of reviewing a product or a service.

Just stay away from TAP 321 Business. It has to be the worst I have ever flown. Space is at a premium and water carefully rationed. They don't offer drinks, you have to ask. Even then, their bar is limited.

one question when you fly business class can you use fast track free of charge? because most airlines they give that option to their business class passengers also I think their service is really poor everything is on one try and I don't like it next time fly Iberia business class and show us how is it?
Hi Robert - yes you can use the fast track area for free in business as we did, otherwise you are able to pay for it if you are flying economy.
@@TimAndMatt but their service its poor its not worth it to pay full price for this airline business class must be 3 course lunch or dinner not everything to be on one tray
Totally agree. In our opinion of this flight, you’re paying for the seat. The service and food wasn’t premium. This may go some way to explain why you can get these flight so cheap

TAP is not what it used to be.
This was our first so can’t compare!
Such poverty to be sent away with a EUR 10 voucher. As if it gets you far on the airport. I find TAP such a lousy airline. Sometimes you have a bargain with their BC but it's mostly paying for the seat. The food and drinks are not that special. Also pray that nothing goes wrong with connections because TAP will do everything to avoid their responsibility.
The voucher was disappointing but we were notified before hand, albeit by only 1 day!

@@TimAndMatt I had very poor experiences with them. Some weeks ago I had to hang around the airport because I did not know about the lounge closure. Next to that TAP ruined one of my 5-day holidays by making me miss my connection and then messing up the rerouting to loose another day. After that totally ignoring their obligations and let me pay for my own hotel. Also the BC is not that great. Sometimes you have nice deals but you don't choose them for exceptional service.

Some flight attendants are just lazy,that's a problem with workers in all fields these days...the bad thing is there's a shortage and they know that,so they don't give a rats' ass....and it's getting worst,even before covid i had lazy flight attendants on many flights...did you know you are allowed to tip a flight attendant?I have been doing it for years and even when i sit in Economy,i get the wines served in Business class...
