you shouldve been there when it first came out at 9.7. i preordered it and man was it crazy. i have my best stats with the turms. honestly it sits fine at 10.0 and has no problem with up tiers
I had it 9.7, it was more powerful back then but now since there is leopard 2 premiums such as the Christian II, or now the T-80UD, there is so much more better options.

@@747simmer4 that’s what I thought, I think the turms should sit at 9.7 since it has the same composite armour profile as a regular T-72 meaning that most dart shells can go straight through the armour and since it’s a Soviet tank, it will most likely knock it out in 1 shot.
Hello, Not to be a party pooper saying i am better etc skill issue etc, but i genuinly want to help improve everyone elses gameplay and extend my knowledge of this suffering game aha... which im sure people would agree in this games eternal snail suffering. I have had a fair experience on warthunder having 120 or so days in a tank and pretty much possitive in kd in most tanks and majority of the time i play ground RB. I would say the T-80ud and Turms definitely need to go up in Br to atleast 10.3, as mainly they are very op vs 9.3 Tanks and the fact they can still compete against 11.3 as the 3BM42 round is still good, you can pen Abrams in the Lower in every model so dont see how you are struggling against them, If you play these tanks correctly which the Turms is a sniper and the Gen 2 thermals give it such a nice advantage for longer range maps and has very good armour still, Yet the T80ud is more of the brawler where you get in with that quick reload has better turret rotation and is better in being more aggressive. Both very good premiums on top of the Op 2S38 that should atleast be 11.3 Because thats where the OTOmatic is with its 12 rounds of APFSDS. Leopard 2s are really good yes but you can still pen them with ease with the 3BM42, but the Leopard 2a4 having the reload and gun handling advantage helps them alot, tanks need to be decrompressed at 10.0 and above especially russias op 10.0 line up... Honestly you still need more experience as you are saying you are well versed in these tanks yet you are still using a Laser rangefinder at 400m... you dont even need to use a rangefinder until they are 2km away the APFSDS Barely needs to aim off... also another thing is your lack of knowledge about how to kill tanks like cv90105 due to you not realising you need to aim for crew, As the reason at 10:44 you clearly are shooting the same place you just hit, and ofcourse you did no damage because it is paper armour and just goes right throw... because there is no armour to even shrapnel, you said why didnt it one shot, because you didnt kill all crew or hit ammo, if you shot your second round in the driver or more left in the turret where the gunner is sitting you would have killed it, As the idea is Killing the crew, this is not world of tanks where its based on HP. Your crew level is another thing the fact you havent even experted your crew for the premims atleast, as yes its an auto loader but experting them increased your driving turret rotation and repairs so much more, Giving them a 3 plus bonus to everything, also maxing leadership does this. As this makes the tank feel and just perform better, the fact you are grinding a whole nation with these vehicles you should atleast put that 1million silver into it, definitely worth it as you can be on the road to ACE crew with the gold star symbol which even doubles your crew skills more. I know this seems very critical but i would want to help you understand as you are still learning the game being only lvl 60 there is alot more to learn, I am not trying to be harsh and point out skill issue, as it is not your fault people learn and improve hopefully by mistakes and others that try and help who actually know what they are doing. There is alot of missguidance in the warthunder community people quick to judge a tanks ability yet they dont realise that it nees to be played different or lack the knowledge. Good Luck out there

So just expect more leopard 2s etc.
Also Grind your SPAA!!! so many people not grinding it and you will get pumped from the sky, russia has disgusting spaa being STRELA and PANTSIR being the best spaa in game, Thats why games are lost due to air superiority.
I’m not the best warthunder CC I will say that, all I want to do is try to make my videos as entertaining as possible whilst also show casing pure gameplay for most tanks. You might have noticed I don’t even have any other nations fully researched apart from USSR now which shows I’m still a learner, your advice is amazing thank you for it.
@@MrPhoenixWT Yes this game is punishment and not enough actual decent guides on how to play it properly, only a few UA-camrs that are actually decent like Ryanberry for ground and Defyn for air if you wanted to improve gameplay. But yeah ofcourse there is the fun aspect of just going in the game for the hell of it as its annoying there is no competition for this game, it is needed, lile World of tanks does not come close.

Also the leo only gets gen 1 thermals which makes spotting things way harder, the leo also has a meh round that doesnt like to spall much. Meanwhile 10.0 turms gets a ton of down tiers. This is coming from somebody who grinded russia top tier and is currently grinding germany.
