    thanks for the videos buddy! it help me alot.I wanna ask that when doing windmills,how to keep my legs in air while restabbing.I go counter clockwise.thanks

      +vireshay verma Hi, Vireshay! The thing to keep in mind is that you want to roll as high as possible across your back (above shoulderblades, at the top of the shoulders). You may also need to push harder with your arms and kick more with your legs.
