JTV i have problème on left hand ..i dont know why .. cause i do it good from the front but when it Come from back My leg tatch the ground and my left cant do the same work of the right hand any help ! ?
Absolutely. Calisthenics will help with your strength and flexibility as well as general endurance. You'll also improve your general agility and balance, and all of those things help greatly with dance
