    Jude Bellingham is lighting up Real Madrid already. He’s bossing the midfield in the famous Zidane 5 shirt, scoring winning goals, and has the Bernabeu singing his name. And yes, he is still only 20 years old.
    But how is he doing it? What is he bringing to Real Madrid? Sam Tighe explains.

      @@Chip_Fuse totally bro! if you see Jude being flourish under Carlo, you'd know why. this formation is low key a flase 9 4-3-3 with Vini and Rodrygo on either flank. he's the midfield that does all the link up and also dashing into the box to score some goals (in fact he scored a lot in his first 4 games)
      his vision and his stamina is gonna fit this so well. everyone was worried when benzema gets old and has now left the club. RM didn't buy any high profile strikers (room for Mbappe to join I guess) but Carlo loves using whatever he gets in his squads and turn them into a world class squad.

      As a Dortmund-Fan, I dare to say that he is fairly robust, although his absence in the last two games because of a slight muscle injury probably cost us the Championship. His presence on the pitch stood out the most when he was already gone: have a look at the start of the season of Dortmund. It’s successor Julien Duranville is luckily healthy now and will hopefully make an impact this weekend.

    Actually it's Real Madrid who changed the way Bellingham plays.
    Ancelotti is a máster of exploiting the strengths of each player in a structured manner that benefits the team as a unit.
    It's not casual like people make it sound.
    I personally don't like how some downplay his level as a coach, making it sound like he just sends his players out and it just works out.
    Only coach to win all the top 5 leagues, aswell as having the won the most Champions leagues 4, he deserves more respect.
    Bellingham is a beast of a player, but it was Real Madrid and Ancellotti that saw his potential in that new position, which has propelled him to another level when it comes to influence in the game that has everyone gushing at the moment.

    • @user-ed7et3pb4o
      @user-ed7et3pb4o 8 місяців тому

    • @TheKronicspider
      @TheKronicspider 8 місяців тому

      @user-ed7et3pb4o Obviously he had the skill set, nobody said otherwise, but it was never explotied as much as it now playing the 10 position.
      I disagree with the rest, about lack of planning on RM behalf, and the decision to play him there being somewhat of a desperate move due to a lack of a 9, Ancelotti a month before the transfer deadline when asked about who was going to be Benzemas replacement, clearly said that it was Bellingham.
      If people didn't take that seriously its because they didn't see this coming, therefore he deserves credit for trying something most didn't think of.
      Lets not forget Benzema was a 9 but had a heart of a 10.
      He rarely played behind the centerbacks, instead he would drop back and link up the attacks, drawing out defenders with his high movement IQ to benefit the 2 wing players (Bale and Ronaldo) , he was also capable to change his role depending of what was needed.
      Jude has taken to that same role but in his own way, eventhough they are different there is alot of similarities in their play.
      Also RM have Valverde, Cammavinga, Kross, Touchameni, Modric, Ceballos in midfield positions, RM wouldn't overstock so much unless they had a plan so all could have playing time.
      It's not casual like you think. We are talking about the best club in history, they are not amateurs in the transfer market, they arguably have the best squad planning in Europe, they rank 28th in net transfer over the last decade and we're still able to achieve the most success in that same period, and also secured the back bone of the team for the next 5-7 years.

    • @shahzadirani
      @shahzadirani 8 місяців тому

      Finally someone said it. Both Sir Alex and Ancelotti get shoe horned into being casual about tactics but you don’t reach 4 UCL finals and 5 UCL finals respectively by being a casual tactician.
      Their greatness is in the fact that they can drill their teams into playing a variety of systems and a variety of patterns.

      @hermit8244 8 місяців тому +3

      Benzema was a perfect false nine in terms of link up and positioning but had thot excellent end product which I always thought was underated.
      Bellingham being more midfield focus has better link up play starting from the middle of the pitch (benzema would usually off load to a mid and reposition to create gaps) and more of a defensive presence which is welcome and needed but his end product isn't quite where benzemas was, but then again we're comparing a great like Benz to a 20yo which is madness already.
      Would love to see him in an attacking 4-3-3 with him as a no.10 and joselu up front with vini injured, would love to see him assume a more playmaker role but only to allow him more deceptive runs into the box allowing him more space to choose the correct shot and compensate for that end product or refine it with experience.

      @@FarCry2311 - okay, then we have the same understanding. I'm aware, that the two 8 now in Madrid are more box-to-box midfielders, than at Milan. Seedorf were more offensive there and Gattuso had more defensive responsibility.
      And for more protection they have an 'anchor man' instead of a regista. But otherwise, they protect the left side with the wingback being more defensive (as Maldini), and the right wingback have more freedom to attack.
      Maybe the striker combination is what have changed the most. With the front trio might act differently compared to AC Milans front trio?

      @@trylification I think the current two number 8 tend to be more hybrid than Seedorf and Gattuso, the essence is still the same, Cama will make play more and Valverde creates more workrate, and the strikers are the difference, Vini and Rodrygo are still wingers, they only partly replace the striker's ability, Sheva + Inzaghi are real strikers, in fact Carlo in 2005 was more of a positional coach, but now Carlo is more functional coach, Real depends on the connection between players, playing football depends on the situation

    That midfiled of madrid is a an engine. If they play to their potential they can not only dominate possession but also out run teams and press teams into oblivion. And all of them got the ability to shoot and an eye for goal when found in the right positions. Valverde himslelf can run for a 180 mins without break and still have enough gas left in him. That is a crazy midfiled

    Scotsman in peace here. Jude Bellingham has the potential to be one of, if not THE best player in the world. Yes, he is that good! A phenomenal talent. And still only 20 years-old. If he can stay injury-free he is destined for great things.
    Scotland were poor against England. But England are a class act with a great team and world-class players all over the place.
    I believe England will win the Euros in 2024. France would give them a game for sure, but I still think England would beat them should they meet in the Euros.
    Anyway, back to Bellingham. England have got an amazing squad of players at the moment, but even so, Bellingham stand out as something special and just seems to get better and better. Against Scotland, he was outstanding, easily man of the match. He was head and shoulders above even some of his more illustrious teammates. And he was the youngest player on the pitch..! He is a generational talent due for greatness. England are very lucky indeed to have such brilliant footballer. And his best is yet to come. Just how frighteningly good will he become?!
