    PISTACHIO GANACHE INGREDIENTS:
    ►200g -White chocolate,
    ►80g -Heavy cream 33-35%
    ►186g -Heavy cream, 33-35%
    ►1,5 Tbsp pistachio paste
    ► Food colors

    Can this be used to fill chocolate...n what will be the shelf life

      Hello, thank you for your question. Pistachio ganache can be used to fill chocolate. The shelf life of pistachio ganache is up to 72 hours, as thick heavy cream is used.

    Sure, it looks great but I don't like playing guessing games. I prefer clear, direct spoken direction as to not ri sk messing up.
