We r doing rain chains instead of downspouts and they are so expensive we are making our own as well…. Not as unique as this one though!

I love it and I have a couple questions. First, would old keys work as a rain chain? Second, you removed your down spout, does that mean that the rain chain will handle the volume and flow of water that comes out of your gutter during a heavy rain?

Old keys would be cool! You’d need a lot though.
My downspout was already not handling heavy rain, so I’m not to worried about it. I think if it storms real bad it might break but since I made it myself I can repair it myself :)
