I like the quieter one from China if I had to drive it all the time. For aonce and a while driver I could handle the louder one. I usually get turbo mufflers, I like how quiet they are and they still sound decent WOT. 😎👍
@@CCAutoWorks A actual turbo would quiet it down and would probably be more funner to drive as well! If you're at WOT a lot you might want to try a turbo muffler or a turbo if you're at WOT because you need to so that thing can get out of it's own way?😎👍

I bought a Salute for a beater driver. China made but 409 stainless with beautiful robotic welds. And cheaper than the Vortex. I generally don't like straight thru or absorbative mufflers, but this one was OK.
It wasn't much but one of the few days I get to spend time with the wife and kids and I was selfish and knock off but happy late thanksgiving to you Robert and family
Yessir no race truck here just the little 4.8 that could but it did like the extra back pressure because it runs way stronger to it even lites a tire here and there now

I actually liked the china sound. It sounds alot like my 80 series flowmaster. When i put my long tubes on im going to keep it true dual no x over. I was looking at the neighbor haters but don't want it too loud. Seems like you guys know the science on mufflers and i do not. What would you guys recommend for a medium sound ?
With no x it probably wouldn't sound as crappy as mine did but if I had to do it again I'd probably get a long case China two chamber but I like the deep drone
@@bikelyfer.p I'm with you I've got a single chamber on my obs it has a tiny bit of clap at a certain rpm for about 500 rpms then it goes away I wish I would have went with the long case 2 chamber

Three chamber sounds good normal driving but gets a vacuum sound at wot I might have to try out a turbo muffler or just a real turbo
