As far as faded prints something that’s helped me SO much in the beginning was that I only search for and use PNG images that have a DPI resolution of 300. (If it’s anything else no matter what you do (tweak ,change, etc) it’s not going to help (because the resolution of the actual image itself isn’t high enough.) I spent so much time on this part in the beginning when I first started and no matter what I changed wouldn’t help.
So 1st step is to always make sure that dpi is 300 and it’ll eliminate 1/2 if not most of your color issues from the start.
If your dpi is 300 and you find your still having color issues THEN I suggest the tweaking. Trust me you’ll notice a huge difference once you start using the correct dpi.
