I was thinking the same thing. Maybe he just happened to have both performance monitor and resource monitor opened and got the names confused? I could see that. The icons look similar in the taskbar but I only see one instance running so a little confused myself.
everyone with experience over 15years with PC knows that this tool is the head of whole machine,it just really hearts tells you over years

I thought resmon.exe was resource monitor but at 2:40 around you say perfmon.exe is ??
