A good list, a high percentage of which I like to use. Also, I like to seek out portable versions whenever possible. These I keep on a root folder, making it easier to move from machine to machine...
I throw portable apps into a dropbox folder, and then when setting up a new machine after installing dropbox I put that folder on the system-wide PATH. :-)
I used to run lots of software for different things: pc utilities (revo uninstaller, oo defrag, etc.), video editing, audio editing, games, ms office, power bi suite. It was too much so I decided from now on to minimize the software to only the necessary ones and don't install unnecessary ones. For exemple, if I wanto to copy paste files in a safe way, I use robocopy command and don't use third parties software.
Aha so I finally get to see the famous 'Ask Leo'. I have about 200 programs installed for various things. I make my own portable programs using a virtual computer. I prefer Firefox because it has security add-ons and I only open it using sandboxie which is configured to delete the contents of the sandbox using a three-pass DOD wiping program called eraser.. I used to use a 12 engine Cloud antivirus years amongst other things because I was a security freak. I have most of your programs or ones that are similar that perform the same function by another company. But these days I no longer use Windows I prefer my 18-in Android Samsung tablet for just plain viewing. I'm too old to play with software anymore I just watched UA-cam.

For backups I use the remains of a 2003 HP d530 with all my leftover HDDs :) In detail: a Pentium 4 HT (1C2T; 3.0GHz); 1.5GB DDR (400MHz); 1.21TB of HDDs (2x IDE 3.5" and 2x SATA 2.5"). It runs FreeBSD 13.1 on the file system OpenZFS 2.1. I use Remote DeskTop and Windows Networking to interface with Windows. From your list I also use Virtualbox since ~2009. My oldest still used Virtual Machine (VM) is Windows XP Home and I installed and activated it in Virtualbox in March 2010. It has survived 3 desktops and 4 CPUs. I still run it relatively frequently to play the wma copies of my LPs and CDs. I have all Windows Releases in a VM from 1987 (Windows 1.04) till 2022 (Windows 11) and that includes the NT versions from the nineties. Windows 1.04 on a big screen is still very modern with its tiling Windows Manager :) :) I have many Linux distros in a VM too. I'm a collector; not of stamps but of OSes :)
Hello Leo! Have you tried or seen or herd about this Foldable laptop called Lenovo X1 fold ? Have you ever thought about having a foldable laptop that already exists?
I've heard of it, but it's not for me. I've never really liked the tablet experience of Windows. I also have friends who;ve had less than stellar experiences with Lenovo.
It’s a long list that changes often.
EVERYTHING is a must-use utility for searching your drive.
Revo Uninstaller i use often! it's great and has tons of features

PotPlayer vs VLC from a long time VLC user I found out that potplayer is vastly better

Hey! Have you used ShareX for screen capture?
Nope. Never heard of it, honestly.

@@askleonotenboom Can't believe you never heard of ShareX. Like... seriously 😅
