Hey Revere Overland!, that truck reminds me of that movie, Twister (back in 1996). So basically that truck looks like it can be hit by a F5 Tornado🌪 and make it out alive!!👍👍🤠
Using that truck to survive the so-called apocalypse would be tantamount to driving around in a fire truck with the lights and sirens on you would be have a better chance of surviving the apocalypse with a backpack and a book on wild edibles
As long as it doesn’t have run stops with an air system like the military uses, it can be stopped. Once it’s stopped, it can be destroyed. It’s just an apocalyptical waste of money.
It’s an amazing build, and I am incredibly interested in the paints but. It’s way too big for that frame. Increbky throws the center of mad way to high. And is a huge tipping risk. Look at donut media, they took one that looks very close to this but smaller, and one it broke, and two, mentioned how incredible anxiety inducing it was off-road, personally I’d have built a semi/integrated trailer kind of like the boat/vehicle thing from the 60’s that heavy D tried. If your set on an overlander but with an American vehicle, go bigger like the ford 650 or is it a 1050 by now lol, or a true humvee
I don't think any vehicle will help you survive for long. Someone will overpower you sooner or later and take it. A fully equipped bunker is your best call. Where you can defend better.
Man. I can respect the hell out of the build, but that box is hideous. All the oblong angles seem very poor use of space, and everything sitting slightly off level on the outside would drive me nuts haha. Bottom line, mean rig and it’s perfect for somebody out there, but if I ever do have the funds for something like this, I wouldn’t.
Lets be serious for a minute though. Ford or Toyota in an apocalypse? I have a friend that has a Toyots Turbo diesel powered YJ a Scout and a F250 with a 6.7. I asked him which one. All day the YJ.
@@RevereOverland Yeah although i am fooling around with running vehicles on moonshine. Also rape seed for diesel. I do the diesel conversions so i am a little biased. Doing a VW 2.0 TDI in my Tacoma next.
These builds are getting too big. This guy with baby smooth hands pretending this is an elk hunting rig 😂 Definition of starting with a price point then finding ways to justify it like airlines and their $20,000 tickets. Because you’re not taking this semi truck down any trails in the PNW my man and for $500k BASE I bet it’ll look really cool at some nice private campgrounds resorts big enough to fit it. Absolute clown show 🤡
Absolutely epic, but also 4 feet wider and 12 ft taller than most back woods trails. This is a 100k tacti-cool mall camper imo.
Damn. All that walnut in there, I bet it smells amazing. Weird, yeah. But... Walnut trim brings a whole new level of "new car smell."
Nice, a lot to like and I would customize in an analog fashion, for example I would add a wood burning stove, etc...
na they leak carbon monoxide too much
They're like 1 hour away from me and I never knew it, not that I could ever...short of winning the PowerBall, have one, but it is awesome.
I think you’d need to discover an oilfield on your property to afford this 😂
i’m about an hour away too
This is the plastic cowboy hat of overlanding.

It’s what I call tacticool. Bet it’s fun to drive if you can afford the gas.
This is 100% for sheikhs to cross the desert, no one is really buying it to survive the apocalypse.
That’s makes absolutely no sense at all you sound foolish. Good luck 🤡
Is it bulletproof ?
I like it but the diner dinnet take up to much space

My kind of car/RV👍🏼
HEY! I spotted mixflip at 0:17
👀
In terms of apocalypse..i wont ever rely on electronics..those ipads have to go and switches needs to replace them.
how much
Awesome 😎

Hahaha.. he said "suits". Imagine someone wearing a suit while driving that thing.
Definitely need bullet proofing.

Same. But I wish I was in the position to make the decision 😂
So 500k but no toilet or black water tank.
Cassette toilet in the video!
@@RevereOverland cassette toilet??? This isn't 1986. CD toilet or no toilet.
@@jonzaremba I prefer streaming mine
@@RevereOverland hurts when it buffers though
Insane build! 🤯
F550!
Man look if you got 500k to blow and your actually into doomsday prepping this lives up to its name
Inside is really nice. Outside is not really my taste.
It's not for me, but I can still appreciate it!
Much better if it's bulletproof, RPG proof, bombproof, and landmine proof.😁😂
The day I shower on a 27° North, I'll be fully satisfied 😅
Glad it has exterior speakers. Hahahaa....
I’ll bring my kittens if it ever happens. Better save my cats than humans.
Im gonna buy
Os it bullet proff
Starts at $500,000... haha how about no
10-11mpg? Yea okay
I'd feel really stupid in that thing
LOL! Most Apocalypse's happen with nuclear weapons. Lets see that truck survive an EMP! LMAO!
Yeah my truck quit working last apocalypse

Thumbs down for the absurdity. How about featuring more practical vehicles, if thats even possible at SEMA?
This is SEMA… almost all of the builds are ridiculous or are just thrown together to feature an expensive product!
