I did the color filter setting you suggested in my 2nd gen SE… wow I really like it.
i need this bc of my privacy screen i can’t see in direct sunlight thanks man 💫🤞🏽
This is what i’ve been looking for my entire live!! Its worked on me 🎉😂
I did the technique and this was exactly what I was looking for a nice and bright white display
Thank your for this tutorial but when I heard you mention about this thing called screen burning I immediately returned it to what it was before. The default 😅
This video has really helped me…thank you I love it!
Great advice, didn't know you could do this on an iPhone.
Thanks alot man I love that settings thanks.
Wow amazing i waa looking for this tips thanks!
Can I permanently on that color filter or it willing get damage to my display
@iDeviceHelp have you tried going to Accessibility > Display & Text sizes > Reduce White Point and switch it off
Great movie !
Why does the iPhone on the right change colors at an angle ? I bought an ip13 and it is similar.
I may be part of the minority here, but I don’t care for True Tone. Never been a fan.
Same I want the whitest whites and don't care about my eyes
Same here, but always on though because of eye health
Helped a lot!
Thank you sir!!
Thanks bro I was looking for this because coming from Galaxy Note series which havae brighter whites & vibrant colors I wasn't liking the yellowish 14 Pro Max display.
Definable worked thankd
Great video! Thanks!
Coming from a photographer, changing the color temperature of the screen does not equal a brighter screen. Recent iPhones can produce around 1000 nits max brightness. It’s an illusion because cooler (bluer) hues appear brighter than warmer hues. I believe iPhones are calibrated to 6500K which is the industry standard for an accurate viewing experience. Hope this helps 👍
I thought the same too. When we was talking about adjusting the colors for brightness, my reaction was 🤨
Incorrect, try adding vision comfort (yellow screen) and go out in the sun. Although bluer temperature isn't brighter it gets less reflection in the sun. Thus being "brighter".
Not professional
Merci beaucoup ❤️
is there a way to actually do this on the XDR ipad pro? (600 nits standard, 1000 nits hdr, 1600 nits peak)
Thanks 🙏🏻
This gets a giant Like for me. Thank you! I just got a new phone and after turning off True Tone, I loved the display.
Awesome thank you
Thank you so much it was so helpful information
Another tip is to make sure Reduce White Point is switched off.
Big big thanks Bruh
Yes Much Brighter
Thanks ✌
Thank you bro
Thanks!
Should I turn this off when back inside? Thank I was at the park with my dog 🐕… I couldn’t see the screen but it was also on dark mode! Thank you❤!
Working for iphone7 plus as well thank you
I think it's a trick tbh, because eyes tend to feel things brighter when things are getting colder... Try it with your home lights and I think you will have the same feeling, the colder the brighter the warmer the dimmer the light will be felt. I'm not sure about this, but it would be better if you used a luminosity detector and check that if you're getting higher nits :)
Yo !! Thank you dear for your help 😊
I wanted to sale my phone and purchase another because of this brightness 🔆 but now I am very happy I got it right ❤God bless you
Really appreciate the trick
Thanks Brother 😊
Thank you 🙏🏾 very much
Good tip but not a huge difference in the sun. Strange, when I turn iPhone off and on it goes brighter for a few seconds then back to slightly darker.. (13 pro max)
This is amazing
Does this apply to xr
Is this setting ok for iphone 14 pro max?
Thankyou so much
How do uk is it’s 60 percent or 10 percent?
Thanks
Hey idevice, i need a dark mode comparison video between iphone models. At this time i own a Iphone xs… So compare xs with other iphone models.. just want to see how dark mode on different models looks like
Thanks ❤️❤️❤️
Is it safe to do this and leave it that way on my iPhone 13pro 🤔
Thank you
most helpful
It worked for me
will it affect the “battery health of the device??
wow, work amazing 😋
It works great 👍
You should of went outside to show us the actual differences
should have(should’ve) or should had. Both past tense but should had refers to a longer ago. But should of? Makes no sense

@@marquism5170 bro hush 😐
You can turn off auto brightness, it’s also in accessibility > display and brightness
Perfect, however I can't sit still if those bars aren't exactly 10% and 60%
Wow. Thanks
Thank you it works nice
Your Welcome
Thnx sir 😊
I had this in my phone for so long, one day I went o settings and I’m like oh my god, a whole new world, I guess I put the dim mode on at some point smh.
Can i set in i phone X
Thank you for this...super helpful
I just turned off reduce white points and yea i got a brighter display
Bro how can i thank you really k recently purchase ipad i am Android user i pad secreen is no white is look yellowish and go to settings do everything but not getting results but this is perfect trick now display look 10 time better i read this method on Google also but didn't understand how its work then your video come 👍
It worked
I come from Android and the screen of my iPhone 12 looked yellow with this setting it looks a more real white. Greetings
Hello everyone. I made the switch from Xiaomi 10T pro to Iphone 14 Pro max and i noticed that even though i have turned off the true tone and night shift iphones screen seems to be yellowish white compared to android phone that is bluish white. Help?
Increasing contrast and turning off reduce white points did the most brightness for me. Also you may want to turn off auto-brightness
Thanks now my display is very warm
I enable increase contrast so i can see better in high sun !
V good and smart but would be a shame if it was an edited as I have changed these settings need to leave and let my eyes adjust to the settings for few days to have my final results to see if it’s really a big noticeable difference or if it’s just a subjective matter
I tried it on my 8 plus and I seen the difference for sure
I have iPhone 8 Plus too bro
*I guess your camera didnt capture it correctly. The left one is more whiter & brighter*
Lol 😂 try it for your self
@@iDeviceHelp Aska Beasty is 100% correct!
The guy is running out of ideas for his channel lmao
😂😂😂
tq
I couldn't find the hue bar under the intensity bar.
Yo is this safe for iphone 13 since he said it might burn the screen
I do not see well and , somehow, my screen became much darker....15 seconds watching this video and it was fixed. gracias, gracias, gracias....
Luv from India ❤️
Can I able to iPhone 14 pro?
One of the most requested things, thanks for making the video!
true tone solos lmao
I. Can't find settings as a choice
how do u know if it’s 60% or 10%
I thank GOD for you bro much appreciated 👍👍🎉
I toggle this option always it will hurt my display 😰
the problem is 12pro gets easily hot and then ios automatically lowers the brightness
It’s under accommodations, display and text, hidden at the bottom. I advise keeping it on for battery’s sake.
True it will automatically dim for heat and u can’t change it for (all) phones
Lmao And I actually ended up making my screen worse the only thing that really helps out of this whole thing is taking off True Tone that’s about it
Doesn’t work for me! Still quite dark outside
Just get to it already

How to remove scratches on iphone 12 pro max on the sides?
You can't.
That's it
@@hotyeahsus8343 you can on the Silver ones providing they are only micro scratches. They can be polished out with a good metal polish.
Right looking more blue to me.
I have my intensity slider all the way to the left and my hue is about 20% to the right which adjust the tint to a more natural color.
You made the screen dimmer with the cooling effect. You basically just left the blue pixels alone and turned down the green and red.
None of these work for me. After turning on my iPhone 12 mini, it starts dimming about 1 min after turn on
Iphone 12 pro is work 👍🏻 thanks
10% please stop top N, 60% stop home bottom
but this is to change the temperature (warmth of the screen) because the iphone 12 looks yellow the screen, and with this trick it is whiter, I do not know why this iphone brings that color configuration, I have an iphone xs max and it looks noticeably whiter, the colors better balanced.
The first unit i got also had yellow screen. Too yellow. Got the phone replaced. Current one is so much better. Whites are whites. True tone is still yellow tho indoors so i never use it.
Bro. You should compare settings on the same device, not different device.
The phone on the left has true tone on . An unfair comparison. The display on the right with such settings has a blue tint. I have my intensity slider all the way to the left and my hue is about 20% to the right which adjust the tint to a more natural color.
Just one question would it be affecting your battery?
Yesss!
Probably a heat issue too
Nope.
I bet a waste is a lot of battery
