@Scar I have never ever turned it on again after disabling forever. First I don’t need that feature. And you don’t need to turn it off and then on, more you keep it off you will see decrease in sluggishness

I have another way of doing that, is by pressing up and then down on the volume rocker then press the power key and hold it until your phone reboots. That's on the newer iPhones. And no it will not mess up your phone and it will not delete your apps or nothing like that.
Iphone 4 to iphone 8 with home button step 1: hold the wake/sleep button until you see the slide to power off Step 2:hold the home button until it brings you back to the home screen or lock screen
Ain’t this going to constantly drain battery as it’s being constantly used if you have it in the widgets? I ain’t sure about it if it’s not on widgets.

Change language -> go to the last option with the i press option 4 and there you can change it to english ;)
